Rösti, the Swiss classic
Rösti is a Swiss dish of coarsely grated potatoes fried in a pan. It began as a breakfast of farmers in the canton of Bern, which is why it fits a brunch menu so well. Source: Wikipedia, Rösti.

- Bratwurst with Rösti (52,000 COP): A Swiss classic: rösti with two European sausages in a dark onion sauce, fried egg and cherry tomatoes.
Zürcher Geschnetzeltes
Zürcher Geschnetzeltes is a dish from Zurich: thin strips of meat in a cream and white-wine sauce, traditionally made with veal and served with rösti. Our version uses chicken. Source: Wikipedia, Zürcher Geschnetzeltes.
- Zürcher Geschnetzeltes with Rösti (52,000 COP): Zurich-style chicken: golden rösti with strips of chicken seared in butter and fresh mushrooms in the classic Zurich cream and white-wine sauce.

And the Swiss pastry shop?
If you are looking for Medellín’s historic Swiss-founded pastry shop, that is Astor, founded in 1930. Bread Factory is a different place: a bakery and brunch restaurant in El Poblado, inside Hostel Rango, where we bake bread and croissants in-house and serve Swiss plates.
