Who opens early

We checked the opening times of the 9 places on our honest brunch list on 29 October 2026. 6 of them open at 7:30 am or earlier. Times can change, so check before you go, above all on Sundays and public holidays.

• Delarte Café (Poblado): opens 6:45 am.
• Al Alma (Astorga, Provenza, Laureles): opens 7:00 am.
• Hija Mía (Manila): opens 7:00 am.
• Ganso & Castor (Provenza, Ciudad del Río): opens 7:00 am.
• Bread Factory (Astorga, inside Hostel Rango): opens 7:00 am Monday to Saturday, 7:30 am on Sundays and public holidays.
• Pergamino (Poblado, Laureles): opens 7:30 am.

Breakfast at Bread Factory

We are at Calle 8 #42-25 in El Poblado (Astorga), inside Hostel Rango. You do not need to be a hostel guest. We open at 7:00 am from Monday to Saturday and at 7:30 am on Sundays and public holidays. The kitchen works until 3:30 pm and we close at 4:00 pm. Brunch is served all day, so you can order the same plates at 7:30 am or at 2 pm. We bake bread and croissants in-house.

Quick plates (prices in Colombian pesos, from our July 2026 menu): Avocado Toast 29,000, Egg Brioche 34,000, Bernese-style Rösti 38,000, Benedictine Croissant 41,000. The Znüni, a brunch for two with drinks included, is 118,000 COP. An americano is 9,000 COP. Full menu.

Good to know

• Walk-ins are welcome. For a group or a weekend, message us on WhatsApp with the day, the time and the number of people. Please write instead of calling.
• There is paid street parking near the restaurant. Dogs are welcome inside and on the terrace.
• We take Visa, Mastercard and cash in Colombian pesos, and there is free WiFi for guests. More answers in the FAQ.
